Keep Aspinwall One District

Aspinwall is a small neighborhood both in size and population, splitting it between two districts would make no sense based on that alone. However, looking at this more closely, this division would serve to eliminate a largely Democratic population from a district looking to become more Republican and place half of the community under a Representative mainly dealing with City of Pittsburgh concerns; thereby not representing the best interests of either part of the community. Splitting Aspinwall along these lines is a purely political move that hurts the community at large.
