Cracking up Allentown: Allentown is unnecessarily broken into three districts, when it could fit in two districts. Allentown is cracked into three Democratic districts and Republicans are packed into western and northern Lehigh County. Breaking up Allentown into three districts dilutes Hispanic influence in any one district. By cracking up Allentown, this map violates the spirit of the Voting Rights Act. This map is cracking Allentown to give Democrats another seat. Unnecessary splits in townships and school districts (against State law): Upper Macungie is divided in half. North Whitehall is divided into two districts. Salisbury is divided into three districts. Parkland School district is divided into four House districts. East Penn School district is divided into three House districts. Salisbury School District is divided into three House districts.
