Mt. Gretna Borough belongs in HD 101 not in HD98

Currently proposed in the 98th, Mt. Gretna Borough should be moved back to the 101st in Lebanon County. MTG shares a community of interest with Lebanon and is historically and physically connected with the Gretna Campmeeting and the Gretna Heights, both of which are in the 101st. Services for Gretna are provided by Lebanon County providers such as the Cornwall police department, the safety and first aid patrol of Lebanon, Cornwall-Lebanon School District, and a local fire company. MTG's municipal activities are tied to Lebanon County government in terms of taxes, budget, subdivision and land development, emergency preparedness, etc. And, in numbers, MTG borough has only 177. Moving the 177 back into the 101 means that both districts better comply with the target number of 64,053 per district.
