We are so small and need to be linked with Perry so we can get to more population. The only person Mr Hershey could get to work in his office in Mifflintown PA is a wife of a Township Supervisor. Makes it difficult to complain with this conflict of interest. Please help Juniata County get out of this small town mentality.
