At least two Senate district boundaries are unfari
The proposed PA Senate Districts are unfair and are set up to protect incumbents. In Lancaster County that means that Senate District 13, represented by Scott Martin, and District 36, represented by Ryan Aument, were gerrymandered to ensure these seats remain safe for Republicans for the next ten years. If the proposed Senate maps hold, Republicans will hold a significant unfair advantage.
