East Falls
As a homeowner in East Falls for the last 30 years, the proposed redistricting map released on December 16 th, 2021 is of great concern. East Falls is a close knit community currently in the 194 th. It is contiguous to Roxborough and Manayunk connected directly by Ridge Ave, Main Street and Henry Ave. The communities are intertwined in many ways. East Falls is separated geographically from West Philadelphia by the Schuylkill River and is greater distance. The communities have separate needs and concerns. The redistricting map proposed by Fair Maps Pa maintains East Falls, Roxborough and Manayunk in the same legislative district and the community would be best served by maintains these boundaries. We have great faith in our current representative Pam DeLissio who is actively engaged in the community and who has truely earned our vote.
