Ward Splitting

As a Judge of Elections for over 20 years and based on what knowledge I have at this time regarding the splitting of wards as proposed, I strongly suggest that no wards be split as poll workers may mistakenly give electors the wrong ballot and create confusion at the precinct. Though not in my precinct under my watch, it has happened in others. Additionally, the problem is amplified with the use of mail in ballots. Let's keep it simple and reliable. Unifying the currently proposed split wards at this time is a simple fix for a potentially complicated problem. Also, unifying the currently proposed split wards at this time will be of little negative consequence and id more fair than not. Respectfully, Paul G. Celentano, JOE Chester County, PA Precinct 478
