the re-districting of the 41st District
Hello, I live in Manor Township, the 41st District, and found out it is being split! I ask you to please re-consider this proposal. I ask that these following areas: Manor Township, neighboring towns of Mountville and Columbia, and these areas, West Hempfield and East Hempfield townships be kept in tact. They are all connected by the same corridor, Columbia Avenue or Rt.462. Each of the areas mentioned above would be GREATLY IMPACTED BY dividing up the 41st district. All of our areas depend on the same fire protection, the police service , our civic life which includes libraries, farm centers, and urgent medical care. These services are all needed and again, our area would be diminished if we did not have these services. Again,, they are linked by Columbia Avenue ( route 462) and all of these services are much closer to the 41st district than the 97th district!
