Objection to splitting of 144th Legislative Dist.
I strongly oppose the splitting of the 144th House District. This would remove my hometown, Chalfont Borough, from the 144th house district, where it has been located for over 50 years. We deserve to remain in the 144th district, with the other towns in Bucks county that share our ideals. To move Chalfont borough to a much more liberal district would do a grave disservice to the conservatives in Chalfont borough, as we would lose conservative representation, and therefore, lose our voice in the state legislature. Keep Chalfont Boro in the 144th!
