The Indian community in Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield Townships should be collectively represented by a cohesive voice in the state government. A vibrant Indian origin community raises their families in Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield Townships. Many like our family shops, works, and worships here too. We celebrate traditional Indian festivals to bring our rich culture to Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield townships. Many residents of Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield townships including my family worships and celebrates traditional Indian festivals at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Hatfield Township and also at Bharatiya Hindu and Jain Temple in Montgomery Township. Many of these family kids learn about our languages and culture at “Sunday Schools”. Many of the Indian origin residents of Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield townships buy their daily groceries at Patel Grocery stores and Balaji Super Market in Montgomery Township and dine at many fine restaurants offering traditional Indian cuisine. The collective voice of the large Indian origin residents of the community will be impacted adversely should the commission decide on splitting the communities living in Horsham, Montgomery and Hatfield Townships
