Comment of proposed map
From a personal perspective I like that London Britain Township is in district 13 with the rest of Avon Grove School District. This is an improvement or favorable in terms of community of interest. That being said the map splits other communities of interest that are unfavorable changes examples include the City of Lancaster and the greater West Chester area. Perhaps given the tight deadlines of the election cycle and to avoid using reapportionment as a political weapon, the case is made to keep the current map.
