Proposed PA 174th House District

We believe adding the following divisions/precincts to the Proposed 174th PA House District is most beneficial to the Communities of Rhawnhurst, Burholme, and Castor Gardens (see testimony from constituents and parties in the 54th Ward (Castor Gardens) asking to remain included in the boundaries of the Proposed 172nd District, as they currently are in the existing map. Divisions/Precincts 56-01, 56-02, 56-13, 56-15, 56-34, 56-37, and 56-40 (totaling seven [7]) are most consistent and relatable to Rhawnhurst, which comprise the Existing and Proposed northern divisions/precincts within the PA 174th House District. We agree with the portion of the Proposed PA 172nd House District and the proposed divisions/precincts within the 56th Ward which relate and identify as portions of Burholme. Those divisions/precincts which are described here & which we feel should remain a part of the Proposed PA 172nd House District are (totaling twelve [12]): 56-03, 56-04, 56-05, 56-06, 56-07, 56-08, 56-09, 56-10, 56-14, 56-16, 56-33, and 56-36. In the northeast end of PA 174th House District, Modena Park (Divisions/Precincts: 66-31, 66-32, 66-35, 66-36, 66-37, and 66-45) closer relates to the surrounding communities of Parkwood, Millbrook, and Longmead Farms, more than the neighboring community of Morrell Park.
