My Map isnt the best except in chester county. although I made errors to. I focused mainly on not splitting counties, municipalities, and school districts mainly. I live in London Britain Township which is apart of Avon Grove SD. Before the 2018 change to congressional the Borough of Avondale and my, Township were split out of the district to the 7th congressional district. In the state house it still occurs it is split between the 13th (Lawrence R) and the 158th (Sappey D) I believe we should split School districts or try to do it as little as possible. Places in Chester County like East Marlborough Township which most of the township is Unionville School District but most of the south precinct is Kennett. the precinct is actually split between Unionville and Kennett! All of Kennett School District is split in half on the statehouse level. Kennett Township and Kennett Square Borough are the 160th but East Marlborough and New Garden is the 158th. Unionville is split the same way except with pocopson, Birmingham and Pennsbury in chester and in Delaware County Chadds Ford Township in the 160th. Keep them together! that's just what I can come up with. I know West Chester SD is split many times at least twice. Downingtown at least twice and Oxford at least twice to. Its confusing and it doesn't help school district community members contact there officials for change without being hung up on because they are in the other district. they should be able to call both if a district is split.
