Fair Districts

In a state that has more registered Democrats and a voting history of slightly more Democratic votes than Republican votes all maps should be representative of such. The districts for U.S. Congress, PA Senate, and PA House all should be drawn such that the voters of our state are fairly represented. This would mean the drawing of more competitive districts and not protecting incumbents. The maps should also result in the election of more Democrats to represent a state that has a majority of Democrat voters.
