This goes along with a previous comment I made in the comment section to keep school districts and the same communities together, while also being congruous and more compact. This map was built considering the different communities of Beaver County and each district incorporates the downtowns of river towns with a diverse mix of suburban and rural surrounding communities who live, work, and go to school together. There is a northern Beaver County district (14), a Southwestern District (15), and a Southeastern District (16). The 14th incorporates northern Beaver County and brings currently split school districts back under one state representative, along with eliminating the Lawrence County portions, which have very little in common with the towns in this district. The 15th does exactly the same with Beaver Area School District incorporating Bridgewater back in, along with including some of northern Washington County for the purpose of population, and which also very much matches the mix of rural and commerce in this area of Beaver County. I-376 also has a direct line to all of these communities and runs through the district. The 16th is the southeastern corridor, which for anyone who drives route 65 knows, once you get into Baden/Ambridge area, people consider this the gateway into Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh region. These old steel, manufacturing, and train transport towns along the river leading into Pittsburgh fit perfectly together as they blend into the northwestern portion of Allegheny County leading to Ohio River Blvd in Pittsburgh.
