Keep Manor Township Whole
I would like Manor township remain whole, as it is presently. It is part of the 41st, along with East and West Hempfield Townships. These townships share a border. (Columbia Avenue) This acts a a corridor that connects these townships with Columbia and Mountville Boroughs. These area have shared various activities and resources in the past. including police, public works equipment, "National Night Out", Fire Companies, etc. These areas have the same rural and agricultural settings and principals. We do not share a border with Manheim or West Lampeter Township, nor do we have the same type of mostly suburban neighborhoods. We do not have municipal agreements with these areas. The Manor Township Board of Supervisors recently passed a resolution asking to not split the township into two separate districts
