I am pleased to enclose, via google doc link, supplemental testimony of Rob Williams of CCFD on behalf of Aggrieved Persons JAN SWENSON, NADINE BOULWARE, ELLYN ELSHANAWANEY, WILLIAM S. GORDON, and JASON MAGIDSON. This testimony should be helpful in assisting the LRC and staff mappers to make the final Senate map more compact and compliant with the Supreme Court's criteria while achieving other subordinate goals.
