Thank you for helping to make these maps fair and representative. These new maps better reflect population trends. The plan divides fewer communities and creates more compact districts that reflect the population shifts. In addition, there are new opportunities for underrepresented groups. Finally, it also moves us closer to a map that is more reflective of Pennsylvania’s statewide electorate, which is fairly evenly split between Republicans and Democrats.
