159th
I understand that the school districts in Delaware Co would stay whole under one state Rep. The children in our community need a voice, and cutting the system in half is not a clear voice as the rest of Delaware Co. The new configuration takes Upland and Chester Twp, which comprise the Chester-Upland school districts, and splits the community with State Reps from 161st and 159th. The 159th district is Upper-Chichester which makes Chichester school districts whole, under the 159th. I may not live in Delco, but I service the community by creating programs with my chapter members of Delta Sigma Theta Note: The 160th district will lose Upper-Chichester(Delaware county) and 2 Chester Co. municipalities and will gain 2 Chester Co municipalities and 2 Delaware Co municipalities
