keep Manor Township together
i am writing with concern for the proposed legislative maps. This redistricting is supposed to keep communities of interest together, but these maps do not do that for Manor Township. The maps split Manor Township into two different districts, however, as a river town community, we border other river town municipalities. we not only have a shared history with them, we also have municipal agreements with them. By splitting the township, the ripple effect is that we will have different representation to deal with issues related to our Susquehanna River area. This is not helpful to our community, nor is it in keeping with the requirement that communities of interest be kept whole. I respectfully ask that you keep manor Township whole in the 41st district.
