Comment on Redistricting
Pennsylvania has been in dire need of corrective redistricting for years. Thank you for doing the hard work of forming districts that are compact, essentially equal in population, nonprotective of incumbents, split-limiting, respectful of communities, and less advantageous than the current districts to a particular party. A helpful modification would be to make the districts even closer to zero in party advantage. Your proposed maps are nearly perfect.
