Comment on redistricting proposal
The plan improves the current plan, however there are addition changes that should be seriously considered: 1. Division of the school districts in Delaware County should be minimized. 2. The new maps do not fully reflect the population changes in recent years, resulting in the districts in the more highly populated areas being too large. Representation should be balanced across the State based on current population. 3. Insure that minority group neighborhoods are represented.
