Keep Legislative District 120

As the Treasurer and Co-Founder of the Street Art Society of NEPA, a non-profit organization located in District 120, I am writing to insist that District 120 remain as currently mapped. District 120 currently encompasses the following municipalities: Kingston Borough, Forty-Fort Borough, Edwardsville Borough, Wyoming Brough, West Wyoming Borough, Swoyersville Borough, Luzerne Borough, Courtdale Borough, Pringle Borough, Exeter Borough, West Pittston Borough, Kington Township and Jackson Township. As an active resident of District 120, I can attest to the sense of community built within the district; and the existing cooperation between municipalities is vital to their social and economic success. To disturb these professional relationships would disrupt the common goals that the communities have to benefit the district as a whole. The Street Art Society of NEPA serves the communities in District 120 and urges the State to maintain the district as currently mapped to continue the growth and prosperity of the communities that are served. Taking action to add or remove any communities within District 120 would have a devastating impact and ripple effect on all the municipalities within its boundaries. Our organization requests that these impacts be heavily considered before making any changes to district mapping. Thank you for your time.
