Chester County
I am someone who lives in Chester County and submitted a map to the commission. I have a few comments here. First nobody likes the 160th into Chester a lot of people have talked about getting the 160th all in Delaware County. Second London Britain and Avondale should be in the same district no matter what. they are the same school district. (this is where I live). I was gerrymandered before the 2018 court changed it with Avondale into Meehan's district while the rest of the district was in Smuckers. They did the same in State House with Lawrence and Sappey. Third I have two alternate suggestions. Make all of Avongrove, Unionville, and Kennett SD one state house district. Oxford, Octorara, and part of Coatesville one house district and West Chester SD into 2 septerate districts together one all WC one combined with Downingtown. then you have your three districts. so if you like this option make the 113th district as follows. To be honest if you just move Avondale into the 13th district I would be happy its only 200 or so voters not a huge deal. then the 158 can pick up Pennsbury. Another thing to consider is bringing your 100th district into Chester to unite Octara and extend the Lancaster city district or the 97th district out more to make the population better. I really dislike Chester and even Delaware County. Please make major major changes. I will be one of the plaintiffs if this goes through and divides Avon Grove, Unionville and West Chester School District.
