School districts as communities of interest

I am concerned at the draft House map, which bifurcates and, in at least one case, trifurcates one of the more important communities of interest in Lancaster County, which is the school district. Specifically, the draft map splits Lampeter-Strasburg, one of the smaller school districts in the county, into three separate House districts, with Strasburg joining the southern end of the county, some of West Lampeter in a bizarrely-shaped 97th district that seems to be "whatever was left" after drawing two districts out of the city, and the rest of West Lampeter lumped in with Lancaster City. The current map keeps all of Lampeter-Strasburg and groups it with Conestoga Valley in a configuration that makes much more sense. At minimum, I would hope that West Lampeter can be joined back with Strasburg in a revised map.
